RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHOP.OBEYCLOTHING.COM wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order with the proper return authorization form.

Once we have received your request for a return authorization form you will receive a response via e-mail with 2 business day.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs.
Items must be in their original form (unworn, with tags, and/ or individual packaging). The packing slip and return authorization form must be included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
Postage for any exchange or return is the customer responsibility and we will cover the shipping back to you for any exchanges.
For damaged packages please call UPS immediately at 1-800-PICK-UPS to file a damage claim. They will send us the claim information in about 7-10 days. Once the claim information is received we will send you a replacement or refund.
For any problems or concerns with merchandise notice must be given within 2 days. Please contact: service@obeyclothing.com

All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless expedited service is chosen.
An e-mail notification will be sent once your order ships from our warehouse. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays.

• UPS 2 Day Air: 2 - 3 Business Days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 - 2 Business Days
*All NEXT DAY & 2nd DAY orders must be placed before 12pm PST
Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders:
• All first time orders over $200.00
• All first time UPS Next Day Air orders
• All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
*Otherwise a signature is not required and packages will be delivered as a “Drop Shipment”
* UPS will not deliver a package that is signature required without someone available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.
*We recommend contacting UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) to place a claim if you believe your package has been lost, damaged or stolen.
